1.2 Flashing/Static chat windows

The new patch has created an intermittent static/flashing/ghosting effect on my active chat windows. It appears to be random, but the frequency of it is affected by changing the display adapter interval. I have not been able to eliminate it.

Windows 7 64bit
i3 2120
ati 3600hd

update: running in window or fixed window mode eliminates problem.

Same problem here, the windows don't do it constantly, but it's very annoying when they are.

It looks like old bug which was affecting Win XP players not long ago. Playing in windowed mode helped back then, until CCP Paradox came along and fixed that issue.

I have fixed one issue internally that might explain this - it will be out in the next client patch. If this issue persists, please file bug reports, with screenshots and any details you can think of - I'll do my best to figure this out.
