did they nerf them or something.....hybrid vs. laser tracking

both armor tanked with 2 damage modules YET hybrid (blaster)hit everytime 17 of 18 good hits 1 scartch and laser's missed 15 of 20 volleys (pulse) 3 scratches and 2 light hits...

same setups basicly and implants/sp hybrid and laser same sp so laser's can't track for sh** now? pvp

Blasters have better tracking. Some Galle ships also get a tracking bonus to them. Pulse lasers at medium range work well but suck at blaster optimal ranges something like %50 better tracking for blasters.

Assuming for the Battleships you were probably going against a Megathron? Those have a nutso tracking boost. Even a Hyperion will track better than any Amarr battleship. For BC, the Brutix and Myrm don't get tracking bonuses, but even at optimal range they have higher tracking levels compared to even FMP II's.

Bottom line is at Blaster Optimal ranges the tracking advantage swings to blaster boats in a big way. You need webs or the ability to stay under your tracking in Blaster fall off range.

Pulse lasers have by far the worst tracking of all short range turrets - it has always been like that - probably a tad more apparent after the blaster boost.
