Idea to drive more pvp and make it easier on new players

At 100mill+ skill points, you really need hardwirings for the odd fit like a geddon.

You can lose your ISK like all those before you sonny

That is the bar to coming to 0.0 not some silly skill point limit.

Oh and remote sensor boosting neutrals makes getting pods safe even in low sec very very very hard, but in zero zero with a dictor on the scene, just grab your ankles.

Now for the positive part of the post:

Make implants and hardwirings drop?

There are good ships,

And wood ships,

And ships that sail the sea

Well, I support your idea, everything that encourages pvp is good,

this simply isnt true, maybe CCP part, but playerbase in reality doesnt like losing ships, the majority at least.

- 80% of playerbase sits in hi-sec (fact)
- I bet that at least half of the remaining 20%, the ones living in 0.0, doesnt pvp as well

I say make it so you can transfer too and store Pods in a Station instantly without using Jump Clones like you do Ships.

That way if you wanna PvP you can switch out your Crystals or your Laser Dmg Implants to Hybrid Implants. No free travel, just a new another Pod.

You want to drive more people in 0.0? Buddy, 0.0 has more than enough braindead drones. If you want to fix and enhance PVP, find some way to make them migrate to lowsec, not into NAPBearLand

implant removal would be too late for me, my clones is about to kick over in the 45 million range making myself more expensive than the ships i normally pvp in.

ya, cut down on the jump clone time to 12 hours would be great as have already been mentioned. This will make it much easier to pve in high sec and then quickly jump back to 0.0 for pvp

Or could adjust the time based on how far you are jumping.

So my idea is to remove attribute enhancing implants, or change the way they work!! I know right madness!! But i know for myself skill training and being sat in that +5 clone is a big deal, and if a pvp oportunity arrises i certainly weigh up the 24hours of being in a +0 implant clone.

I still love the idea of performance enhancing implants, which would still get destroyed when podded but just leveling out the attribute enhancing ones i believe would entice more people to pvp without the fear of loosing that all valuable training time whilst making the game more fair on the new gamers who dont have the money for the +5's as it stands.

Replace implants with POS fuel, maintain a skill and feed fuels to raise those attributes up from inside a station. No need to replace implants, consistant +attribute, isk sink (through taxes and trade, also fuels are not replacable once consumed because how often do you need to replace a +5 unless you are hardcore Shocked)

AS mentioned earlier, pop a pair of +3's in your combat clone if you have to and ask yourself if you are playing this game to accrue skillpoints, or to have fun. Skillpoints are worthless if you aren't willing to pull your thumb out of your arse and go do something with them once in a while.
