siad in game will transfer in 3 miniutes but haven't receive CCP confirm email and can't reach him since.


what should i do?

Send ccp a petition with the name of the char you bought + a link to the thread.

Do you still see the character logged into the game?

Sometimes the auto confirmation mails are not consistent. I have bought characters, not received the mail, but still received the character.

GMs will sort it but it may take them a week or maybe two to sort it out, I'm afriad you'll just have to be patient.

Should have bought me instead :)

Seriously though, it sucks but just chill and wait on the GM response.

a week or two.......

they sure accept our game payment fast than they solve the problem.

Yah it sucks when it happens. Over Christmas I sold a char and the GMs got things mixed up and banned me, took 10 days til I got a response and apology. For the 10 days all my accounts were banned, pretty sucky like but they were cool and gave me some gametime as compensation. At least you can still play whilst the issue is sorted.

Are you still in the market for a Gallente pilot then? Or just buying the Caldari one you have a post about?

just updated my petition ( as i was working when i saw the post originally )

Not the first time its happened to me, got the isk back same day before, but had to wait up to 5 days.

I just hope its some r3tard who think's he can scam on the bazaar, rather than some poor sod who just had his account hacked Attention
