I dont wanna leave this NPC corp(RMS), will use this fitting warp more than 50jumps to null-sec.
For belt there!
426 DPS and 1052 DPH bit...

how about this fitting ? Or anything to change for better?

If any ganker near stargate and they put out HEDI on me , Should I click "warp"first and then open"Cloaking Device" 2nd step?
I think that is safe,right?

Yes you need to "engage warp" first and then enable the cloak.

If you want a good visual signal as to when to activate the cloak look at your cap. Click warp and when you see your cap jump down immediately activate the cloak.

Safer, yes. Safe no.

You have a fair chance of getting past most camps but if you have some bad luck or hit some serious campers things can get tricky very fast.

0.0 belt ratting isnt that profitable, do incursions or c1/c2 wormholes for a better and safer income.

^^^ This. Solo belt ratting in a ship that requires ammo, especially auto-cannons, is a wasted event. You would be better off low-DPSing L4s. Unless you have a logisitcs base of some kid to feed you ammo (Even running a Blockade runner with a GSC to anchor first would help) you are going to find the profits low as you fly all the way back to get more ammo. Sure, you might luck out and find a nice toy or two, but that long jump string will wear on you.

I did this for a while in 0.0 with a Hurricane. First I flew a GSC down full of ammo in a Prowler and anchored it in a safespot. Then I flew back up and came down with the Hurricane, swapping ammo for loot. When the GSC was nearly full or I ran low on ammo I fly the Huricane back up to a safe spot and came back down with another GSC of ammo and parked it next to the first one (a different spot would be better if I do it again). I would then fly back up in the Prowler, sel the loot, grab the Hurricane, and go back down.

After bringing down my third GSC I grew bored of it (and I had two probers constantly hunting me for a while which cut in to my profits). I just abandoned the two of the GSCs to let them pop and brought back the loot in the third.

EDIT : Empty high-slot should be a tractor beam

Does it right way for safety warp?

Nullsec belt ratting is very profitable if you fit a 300+ dps boat with the ability to zoom between systems and belts fast. I use a Daredevil with cloak for the job, with the bonus of scram + web in case I get lucky.

Unless you have dps at the 600's range and up, you're better off cherry picking faction spawns from my experience. If you're planning on going to "Angel" space, fit tackle and kill some "NPC" Machariels in their anomalies while at it. Loginski allows for tackle if you find an occupied site.
