How can be CCP urgently contacted? We all know that their answers by mail is in weeks....

The only way too contact CCP is by filing a petition. The other way of quickly speaking to them involves buying a plane ticket to Iceland and visit them, can't be much quicker than just to walk into their headquarters

File a "stuck" petition. Response is typically about 10 minutes.

WARNING: Do not take the filing of "stuck" petitions lightly. The GMs will punish players that file trivial "stuck" petitions. There is a message to the effect when you create a "stuck" petition.

So long? File harrassment petition and you get answer within 2-3 minutes typically - if your petition was appropriate for that category.

Any in-game petition that I've filed was answered/resolved within 10 minutes. That's pretty quick to me...
