Looking for just this it doesn't have to have 100% maxed everything but I want to be able to do ME PE and manufacturing of everything. It doesn't have to be able to fly any ships It is just going to be making and researching items.

I do not want industry such as mining or hauling I want research and development.

Anyone? It doesn't have to have all 5s I just really would love to be able to run a few ME and PE and Invention. Also Manufacturing is a bonus but not a need. So You don't need a full 30m skillpoints just enough to be good at research and invention.
