Numbers don't add up!

Last night I got a WH fit for my Myrm from Battleclinic. But when I re-fitted the ship for some reason I don't get the armor resistance that I should. When I load it in EveHQ it shows: EM 62%, Therm 76.85%, Kin 76.85% and Exp 67.95%. But when I check the fit in-game it shows EM 62%, Therm 56%, Kin 56%, Exp 39%. Also the EHP doesn't add up either. On EveHQ it shows 33,595 HP and on my ship its only 19,623 HP. I have gone back and forth trying to see what I have done wrong but I can't find anything different. Could it posible be because I have re-fitted this ship 4 or 5 times since I purchased it and there's some kind of glitch now from swapping the modules around so much? The fit I got is:

4 - 250MM Railgun II
Improved Cloaking Device II
Sisters Core Probe Launcher

4 - Cap Recharger II
10MN AB

2 - Mediation Medium Armor Repair
EANM II
Armor Therm Hard II
Armor Kin Hard II
Armor EXP Hard II

Rig:
2 - Medium CCC 1
Medium Aux Nano Pump 1

Confused please help!

Have you tried looking when you're undocked with the hardeners on?

Also EFT/EveHQ generally calculate a ship's EHP based on incoming damage spread equally across all four damage types whereas the ingame window only uses damage based on your lowerst resist for each level (shield, armor and hull)

Unless that was changed without me noticing.

No sig.

for resists, the in-game fit won't show your correct resists with active modules unless you undock and turn them on. Also, the effective HP shown in the in-game fit is the MINIMUM effective HP, assuming your attacker was to always do damage that 100% hits your lowest resist at each level

"**CCP is changing policy, and has asked that we discontinue the bonus credit program after November 7th. So until then, enjoy a super-bonus of 1B Blink Credit for each 60-day GTC you buy!"**

Never forget.

Yeah, undock and turn your modules on and ignore Eve's EHP/tank numbers. In general, I've found it best to trust EFT over the in-game fitting window. TBH, all I really use the in-game window for is checking stuff like locking range, max targets, and sig size in-space; EFT just does so much better at most things.

In game doesn't do it wrong... it does it differently. In game is the lowest you could reasonably expect if someone were hammering your resist hole.

Thx guys, I'll undock and check that when I get home tonight. Wasn't planning on using the fit until tonight anyway. But that is probably all it is.

Yeah, true. But that's usually not very helpful information. If I do want that piece of information, I simply look at my resists and switch to one of the pure damage profiles that I have. I never said that the game does it wrong, just that EFT does it better. In-game works fine if you keep how it's calculating things in mind, I've just found that EFT's EHP/tank numbers are more useful in general.

Offline and passive modules give the full resist numbers, even when docked up.

All is well. Thanks for the suggestion guys. I un-docked and activated the hardeners and it came up with the resistance I expected from EveHQ. Now for my second question. Does this fit appear affective for C1 and C2's? The next WH I am able to scan down I'm finally going to dive into.

Your tank should hold nicely, your DPS might be a bit lacking though. Bear in mind that the Myrmidon gets no weapons bonus, so you can feel free to put lasers or autocannons on; I'd be tempted to fit some 425mm autocannons if you've got the skills.

Although if its T1 acs vs T2 hybrids then yeah, stick with the hybrids.
