Before I get to the survey, let me make a short introduction. I am CEO of Pro Synergy, a corporation dedicated to servicing level 4 mission runners. Our clients contract us bookmarks to their abandoned mission wrecks and we give them 45% of their missions loot/salvage value. Currently we only service mission runners who run from stations in which we have an office in. We pool all the loot and salvage together into the corp hangar together and we track how many missions our clients/salvager worked using a spreadsheet. Each mission = 1 contract = 1 point on the spreadsheet. Each office has a separate spreadsheet, corp hangar and administrator that handles the loot once a week.

Right now, we do not accept bookmarks from mission runners that are based in a different station or solar system because of the "Loot contamination theory." The theory is that certain faction corporations give drastically different missions (and thus different loot/salvage value) than others. By mixing loot from different corporations we would be "dragging down" the total loot value and it would be unfair towards those mission runners who run for the "better" corporations.

It has been debated and requested however that we abolish this policy and allow missions from different agents in the immediate area to be salvaged even if we do not have an office there. Personally, as a mission runner myself, while I would take a "hit" to the average ISK/point, I really don't mind it if it means providing this service to more people. More so if it helps bring the service to my mission system shall I decide to run for a different corporation where Pro Synergy does not have an office.

I mainly do Exploration with Cosmos and Epic Arc missions. This keeps me moving around quite a bit. Once in a while I may need to grind regular missions but that's rare. As for loot, usually I only check for Tags and modules, meta lv 3 and 4. The only time I salvage is if there's a lot, I repeat, a lot of wrecks, and then I only salvage the medium and large wrecks.

Usually I just turn the wrecks 'Blue' and leave.


Nice of you to offer 5 mill isk bonus to first 15 completed replies. I can't speak for the other players but I don't need the bonus reward. Please use that to help new players.

That administrator has also checked our transactions via API Keys (which we have made public btw) and it seems that you in fact did receive a payment of 22,012,276.48 ISK on 08/02/2012. Please check our wallet journal again under the "Corporation Account Withdrawal" key filter.

I do not, I think there is enough variability from week to week (based on what variability of missions people get from any agent) to make 'contamination' unnoticable.

I'm Minmatar working for Amarr... I'm in it for the money. Caldari like me too if it should be economically viable. Gallante and Minmatar no so like me.Not KOS, but I have to ride in the back of the Interbus.

Well that's 15 Replies Ladies and Gentlemen. Thank you all for your submissions and great comments. Everyone who submitted a completed survey had 5 million ISK transferred to your account. I realize some of you have asked me to keep the ISK, but when I make a promise, I keep it. If you would like, you may donate it to the charity of your choice (EVE-Uni maybe?) :-p
