So for half a decade I've been diligently setting standing to those who have affected my lives. Scammers, douche bags, racists (+ one for those), gate camps, my failures, friends, honest people etc.

I don't think I'm there yet. Although I am contemplating on setting all blocked pilots to -10.
The plan is to start declaring war on these corporations and make them taste the fluid from their clone pods as often as possible by stalking.
And I've never cleaned my standings organizer. Only reset them to a like douche bag level (orange or red) so I could differentiate things.

Never trust a red in business.

It'd like to know if anyone else has been keeping track of such things.
Does this make me a serial killer?

New Eden is not a nice Place. It's full of liars, killers, bogeymen, and all of them far too close for comfort. The universe is cold and cruel and indifferent, blah, blah, blah... you've heard this all before. Point is, these folks don't play by your rules because they don't bloodly well have to. What's more, the good majority of them feed on the very type of reaction you've displayed here today. Go ahead, hold a grudge. We all do it; difference is that the survivors keep it to themselves.

Word to the wise? Don't cry. Soon as this universe full'a sadists catches that salty sent they'll come runnin', and they'll stick to you like interstellar dust on a bulkhead. Vengeance is a tasty little emotion, and your reds are already starting to drool.

That would imply you killing someone. Frankly, I won't loose sleep.

Keeping track of such things is something smart people do.

Announcing murderous intent to the world is something smart people don't.

Oh I don't know...

Who's to say if Lucjan has the means to make good his threats? Or the funds to employ another to do so on his behalf? He was smart enough not to elaborate and quite often the simple perception of a threat is just as effective as carrying one out.

How many inexperienced industrial corporations and alliances haemorrage members upon the simple receipt of a declaration of war?

How many corporations fail because those in power refuse to delegate due to the "constant threat" of infiltration and theft?

How many millions of Federation citizens were denied a vote in the last Presidential elections simply because the majority of the Senate voted to turn their backs on democracy based on their fear of an assumed threat?

Sometimes announcing murderous intent is the smart thing to do after all.

Quite correct.

You have my apologies; I should've elaborated, and said that it's seldom the smart thing to do if you want to achieve your stated intent.

Even though our love is cruel; even though our stars are crossed.

I have no intention of becoming an infiltrator to destroy a corporation from within nor do i have the charisma to become that.

My only option, short of giving CONCORD response time calibration practice and to waste away my hard earned security, is to declare war. Not much of a surprise there with 24h for employees of target corporation to flee like civilian escape pods off a burning ship as was mentioned.

There is a moral dilemma. I want to punish the deserving and protect others from aggressors. In a recent case I was able to stalk and destroy an unsuspecting prey. I reluctantly accepted communication and of course he had no idea why the corporation was war decced even though the corporation was guilty of leveling a starbase of ours a few years ago.
I didn't feel like explaining it to him and broke off communications. Other times I didn't even know why I hated them and again another I contacted a light blue in local to confirm if we were mutual but neither of us knew where we knew each other from.

A moral compass.

I don't know what I'm looking for...justification i guess.

You are also right that fear is sometimes enough to cause a major disruption. I consider it a victory when a corporation runs and hides under the wing of an alliance only to retreat back when the war has become too expensive to maintain.

Revenge will never sate the hungry soul, my friend. You will only find yourself all the more empty at the end of it. Be at peace first with yourself and you will learn to let go of what others have done to you.

The Disciples of Ston bid you peace

The most common reason someone tells the universe of their intent to harm others, is to elicit fear. If this was a veiled attempt at it, then it is a failure, I think if that is the intent, the collective response would almost have to be "Come at me".

If, however this was not a ruse and you really do seek justification, then you are not very bright, only outcomes can justify actions, it can not come from other people, nor one's own rationalization, only actions taken with a good result in mind, are ever justified.

I'm surprised an alliance member would not understand this better. You follow what you are told to follow. Blue = Friend. Red = Kill.

Don't talk to me about morals.

You are clearly a fool who knows nothing about me, I don't care who my alliance sees as good or bad, not only do I cooperate with those I kill on a regular basis, the only person I really care to listen to is the only one promising a good outcome for New Eden, and that is Sansha Kuvakei. His words matter, because the outcome he envisions is the only proper moral outcome of the human race.

Good for you. You are doing what 90% of us Pod pilots do on a daily basis, and you have the same aspirations and drives as probably everyone responding to you.

Come now. Your quibbling over moral decisions when your plotting pod-shed? You stalk someone and kill them for simply being in your wardec, THEN you also accuse the good lady of indiscriminately shooting reds because she is pat of an Alliance? On top of this, you are against infiltrating an enemy corporation and reeking havoc (or paying someone to do it for you), and also slow to jump to the only remaining alternative--assembling your friends, put together a nice high sec gank fleet, and murdering those fools who offended you in something FAR more expensive than you would sacrifice to concord (which would come closer to precisely targeting those responsible for offending you)? Your actions and morality make no sense!

You had better tighten that gut sir and learn the ways of New Eden.

"Justification" you ask for? I will tell you this. You are a pod pilot. For all purposes, you are immortal. A god among men. You will die and be born again, over and over, and you shall live to unleash the fury of your vengeance a thousand fold for all the pain you've suffer. You may grow to command the most powerful machines mankind has ever imagined--and you weep and cry like a pre-pubescent school child from the whims of your conscience, bound by the morality of the insectoid mortals?! Justification? YOU NEED NONE. You shall make your justification by the ferocity of your will, and who ever shall be able to try you?

Rise up and gird yourself. Power up your weapons grid and hunt and stalk and pod all those who oppose you. Purpose yourself for glory, and watch all your foes evaporate in the dawning of your ascension--or I assure you, one day you shall disintegrate in mine and those that are my beloved.

Are you a serial killer? Heh, my friend if you've blown up non-capsuleer piloted ships then you have already got a body count in the hundreds or thousands. That is something a regular planetbound serial killer can only dream of doing. As for justification? Why do you need to justify anything. Even death is a slap on the wrist for a Capsuleer. Make no apologies.
