can some one tell me why i dont have the cancel button in my game time drop down?
i only have till 10pm tomorrow to cancel my account.

Actually. Seriously. After you gimme your stuff, LOG IN at the account management page. Option to cancel sub is right there under gametime.

I know cos I almost clicked it. Sheesh. Shocked

i have looked. under game time and dont have an option to cancel subscription. i have even seen a page that shows it in the game time drop down. still not there on my account page.

What form of payment do you use? If paypal, you cancel via paypal, not on this site.

my problem then is that i dont have that cancel item in my dropdown list under gametime if i knew how to link a jpg i could show you

Maybe you are already cancelled then.

Try to change payment method and see if you can remove your card.

I pay by credit card and I have a lot more options then you to include cancel account.
Either you are having a web browser issue, (doesn't appear to be)
or
Your account is already cancelled
or
Wild guess here, maybe you can't make changes within 24 hours of subscription updates ?
I could see this, as you might get double charged or the database might get messed up (once again this is a wild guess)

I notice in the slot where it would say "Next Billing Date", there is nothing.

That may have something to do with it. Maybe your subscription was changed to non-recurring somehow?

Cancelling an EVE account Note that if the Account Type doesn't state Paying with credit card and the Current Subscription doesn't state Recurring, that won't help.
