Nanos are there to help you stay out of trouble. PDUs aren't going to help you tank ****. Neuts are for ******* up any ceptors that happen to land a scram on you.

You can only web 2 things at one time, I'm pretty sure if you're fighting 400 goons they are going to have more than 2 fast tacklers. Put some f****** neuts on, m8. And why are you trying to help your tank over your mobility? Your in a huggin, not a bloody maelstrom.

No need to get hostile, sir. We didn't plan on fighting 400 goons. I'm a linked, quafed Huginn. I go rather fast and have a pretty good align time as it is. 2 nanos wouldn't help keep me alive against 400 goons any more than 2 PDS, whereas they beef my tankable alpha up a bit and let me be more effective in prolonged fights. Neuts are useless against interceptors. If I wanted to use neuts I'd fly my Curse instead. And usually I fit 3 webs, and the PDS do make a noticeable difference in my tank in that case.

Ask Michael to explain why the nanos would work better than the PDSes and why the neuts are actually pretty useful.

Im realy all for the neuts since its not like the guns are doing anything (or could do anything really). As far as their actual use, we usually tend to protect our rapiers/huginns very well, so that as soon as any tackle is close to them all webs are switched and theyre demolished. As such, the actual situations where the neuts would save his life are rather rare, but since the guns are useless I just think that he might as well go for it since it could technically save his life in case of a screwup. As far as actually putting neut pressure on the frigates, being longpointed is really not an issue in a hugginn, problem is scrams, and if theyre in scram range theyre in neut range (also most tackle pilots are retards that orbit 500 in all situations). So yeah, agree on the neuts.

As far as PDS vs Nano, I really, really, really like my PDS on my rapiers/huginns, for the simple reason that the cap and the buffer tank really sucks. Were often fighting groups that bring sniping t3 bcs, and we often fight for long, for that reason that little extra buffer and the extra cap is really nice, while the actual gain in speed and agility is rarely that useful. Sure nanos are better then PDS if you just think about the actual ship, but for the fights weve been getting I really prefer the PDS (or a mix of pds and nano)
