just low level ones, like small ammo, lse, shield amps, etc

WTF? When you reach 100m SP and you can't afford a small BPO from the market, you are doing something horribly wrong!

Just yesterday I saw someone selling some T2 BPOs for 5.5 bil each in contracts, so not all of them are that valuable. (And since that was advertised in jita local, price might've been too high.)

ps. yes it was real T2 BPO.
