Looking for Trusted community members to test & participate in a new Eve Lottery Site

Hi everyone,
As the subject suggests, I am looking for some community members to help test and 'soft-open' a new eve website.
This website will host a new form of Eve Lottery - much faster, transparent, customizable and rewarding than any existing lottery services.

Participation will not cost you anything but time - you will be credited with free ISK to use on the site upon signup.
Once testing is complete, all active participants will be credited with additional funds when the site goes public.

Then please advise what is the 'right' forum...
Other lottery sites used the 'market discussion' to advertise in the past.
