Also, WTF is happening at 10km? I don't understand why the graphs look like this. It's a rails mega and a blaster mega shooting at an arbitrator.

The DPS graph accounts for your web's effect. If you overloaded it, that drop would occur at 13km instead.

Toying with that graph will make you understand that simple "paper" dps isn't actual dps. Now start playing with those speed vector arrows to get an idea how tracking affects your damage. Mfume gave you the correct answers btw. Excellence is not a skill, it's an attitude.
