(wtb) T1 pvp character [15b budget]

Looking for a pvp'er with good core skills, gunnery, etc. Doesn't need to fly t2/3 ships, in fact I would prefer if it did not have those skills since I fly cheap t1 and really don't care for those hulls. T2 weapons and modules, otoh, are very much welcome.

Will take a look at everything from starters to well developed chars. Please no capital ship alts or heavy pve chars, I already have those kinds of alts.

he is very strictly trained so can i ask for 3 bill?
Im not sure if you think he is worth that if not then make me an offer but remember I will need to buy two plex's to transfer him
