Is it possible to scan a ship's cargo or fitting while cloaked? Thanks!

No. Because both of those actions require that you lock a target and activate a module. You can't lock anything or activate any modules while cloaked.

No that isn´t possible because to be able to scan inside cargholds or scan a ship for it's fittings you need to lock it. You can't lock onto anything without decloaking first. What you mostly see is people decloak, insta-lock stuff and quickly scan what they need and then unlock agian to recloak.

If you are looking to scan cargo or fits without the 'subject' aka victim knowing, I reccomend the use of a Passive Targeter which will allow you to scan the ship and detarget before they are even aware that you did anything.

MMOs come and go, but Eve remains.  -Garresh-

Thanks, was not aware of passive targeters. That should help!
