I'm looking for a maxed or almost maxed machariel and/or vargur pilot.

What I'm looking for:
- Minmatar BS 5
- Marauders 5 OR Gallente BS 5
- Projectile turret 5, Large AC spec 4 or 5
- Gunnery support 5
- Good navigation skills
- Good shield skills
- Good energy skills


Budget: 25 bil
