Having had the pleasure of flying with Elise in the past, i can safely say that this man knows his stuff. If you want a CSM rep who truly knows PvP mechanics, this is your guy. If you consider yourself a PVPer of any kind, you cant afford to not vote for Elise Randolph!

Elise is one of those people it's impossible not to like. He's passionate about the game and actually enjoys playing it.
Since he's playing on the frontlines he gets to know the effects of CCP's changes better than they do.

A vote for Elise is a vote for a CSM that plays like the rest of us, and can give CCP real feedback.

Literally this.

CSM should consist of people who play this game on a daily basis and know it inside and out; therefore, Elise has my vote.

Elise Randolph is a talented, energetic and intelligent individual. While many may wish to vote on partisan lines, Elise is a good choice for those who do not reside in a political alliance.

With first hand knowledge of ~elite pvp~ Elise understands precisely Eve mechanics on a minute detail and so is possibly the best placed candidate to offer CCP guidance on game changes and balance tweaks. Elise has consistently shown himself to be fair and has always based his decisions on the games longevity, not his alliances.

I don't think I've met anyone in EVE, grunt or FC, with as much charisma and positive spirit as Elise Randolph. Everyone who knows him can't help but like him. Couple that with the fact that he has more experience and game time with EVE than most of the previous CSMs combined and you have the ideal CSM member. Elise understands PVP from small ship solo action (his devastating battle-Helios) to Titans (Wasp O'Ryan #1 Titan in all of EVE).

If you want the voice of the people heard by CCP, there is literally no better man to do it.

First Summit, first day. Elise rolls up wearing a full on all white seersucker pimp suit.

They lost his luggage so for all the rest of the days too.

He pulled it off.

How do you feel about EWAR Balance (including EWAR drones)?
Do you think super's are balanced now, or require more work?

You'll be getting my vote anyway but QuestionQuestionQuestionQuestion

Also, more taylor swift~.

In large scale combat, EWAR works the way it should - the ewar mods get put on the weakest ships, it is rather burdensome to coordinate, and you trade off from a different, possibly more useful, ship.

Ewar drones are a slightly different beast, especially ec-300s in a small engagement. You give up next to nothing for five little buggers that always seem to get off one vital jam, even if the target ship has eccm. The fact that the best counter is a smartbomb is what is wrong - the ship with the EC-300s gives us miniscule DPS, while the target ship has to give up a hugely significant high slot. It's rather telling that you rarely see EC-900s fielded

As far as supers go, I'm satisfied with the first round of changes that were made - especially the logoff mechanics and the tiered HP reduction that boosted the Hel and Rag. But like many things in this game they do need more work. I strongly believe supers shouldn't be fight-killing machines, but at the same time they shouldn't be dust-collecting heaps of rubbish either. For this to happen there needs to be a voice of experience to provide insight into how the ships are used and what they are capable of. There's plenty of data, and don't get me wrong I love me some data, but I find that data without context is meaningless. With regard to supercaps, I can confidently say that I am the most qualified to provide that context.

Your platform of "vote for me because the entire csm6 thinks I'm worthless" isn't going to work, stop trying. Here's your response.

It seems like a perfectly reasonable stance to want them balanced, but usable. Also, PL will always have a win button, supers or not. You're foolish for thinking otherwise. A vote for Elise is a vote for someone the CSM needs. He has the social ability to advocate for player needs very strongly towards developers, and a strong finger on the pulse of the game to find those needs and relate them to the rest of the CSM. The candidates you want as politicians are both good at communicating and good people. Not only is Elise both of those, but he brings a wealth of experience to the table (more than any other prior CSM).

Also vote for him so Rokh's can fit through wormholes.
