Hello!

A few months ago I stumbled upon an IGB application that allowed you to view unimplemented ships on the Eve database via the ingame ship viewer and unfortunately, I can't seem to find it anymore. If anyone has the link or access to that tool and wouldn't mind sharing it then I'd greatly appreciate it.

IGB application? Do you mean a website? I know there have been a couple different sites that did that (I don't have a link though, since I really don't care at all about stuff that isn't in the game).

Yes, a website that has to be used with the eve ingame browser in order to function.
