Grendell - I've been away for a day or so, will send you a mail in-game later today when I get a chance. I have a few questions but am interested!

Are you going to answer the question I asked earlier, or just ignore it completely?

If the 20bn ISK is all there is to the investment, then that means the shareholders would claim all of the profit, leaving none for you or your partners. The only way you guys can claim profit is if you've also invested a sum of your own capital into the venture. So if you've made such an investment, how much is it? In other words, what percent of the overall venture is that 20bn ISK of outside investment money worth?

There's capital equity and sweat equity. The capital stakeholders take a smaller piece of the pie in exchange for not having to do much work.

And yet, he still never mentioned what that split was going to be. How much are he and his pals going to make for their "sweat"? Only then can the investors know what their actual percentage share of the venture is.

You're right; he's not offering a fixed interest rate... I can't actually see where he's promising anything in the OP.

I had read some fixed interest rate into the OP, but that just wasn't there.
