Hello!

I have a little problem with neocom... i think you should let us lock the size of this panel. If we can do it already, please tell me where, becouse sometimes i unluckly click a wrong place and i drag over the whole panel, and i have to resize it again and again. please give us a button, where i can lock my neocom panelsize!
