More than 5 drones?

HI,

Simple question, is it possible to launch more than 5 drones (with drones V) and, if yes, what fitting / skill / whatever allows me to do so?

Well that's not quite right, you can buy a Guardian Vexor and launch 10 drones. However, that will cost you a fair bit and will be the target of every suicide ganker out there.

Carriers as a base can launch 10 drones/fighters and can launch up to 15 with Drone Control Units. Super Carriers can launch 20 drones/fighters/fighter bombers plus an additions 5 with the aid of Drone Control Units (though they might only be able to launch fighters/fighter bombers in the future).

Not entirely true. A carrier can launch 10 drones with max skills without that module and launch 15 with 5 of them in the high slots( a very very very bad idea and only found on ratting carriers).

Super carriers (moms) can launch 20 drones with max skills and 25 with 5 of them in the high slots (again a bad idea and only found on ratting supers)

It's worth noting that the ten drones the Guardian-Vexor can control will be unbonused, and still subject to bandwidth constraints.

Still good, but not quite as appealing as you might think at first.

Fill that loophole and nerf it. Imagine the rage from that owner.

They should just undo the nerf for all and remove bandwidth. The lag that warranted it in the first place was long gone. Domi just isn't a Domi without its swarm of little friends. 5 lonely drones are so sad. And I want my Thorax with 8 heavies back. Ah, the good ol'days...
