The recent patch have not fixed my problem entirely.. When i logged into the Tranquility servers, i was actually able to start the EVE client with recieving any crashing notifications.. I was also able to log on to EVE.. even undicking a station didn't come up with any crashing issues.. I then travelled 9 jumps.. first three were without any problems at all.. then it all started again.. Now i am back to a crashing Intel HD graphics issue again every time i undock, jump, log on etc..

Tried the exact same in Singularity.. No problems whats so ever in there.. Everything works as a charm..

I take back my previous statement as this too happened to me. It started crashing again.

Dir guys and gals, we have not forgotten about this issue. Sadly it is taking as a long time to get our hands on such hardware for inhouse repros but things are moving.

Very sorry for the delay Straight

I too continue to have sporadic crashing issues. Just before the patch I found the alt tab trick previously mentioned worked perfectly for me. I had to minimize all chat windows and close all neo-com stuff, and then minimize the client, wait for my toon to jump, undock etc. and everything was fine.

Last night I was flying around in a fleet and forgot to minimize the chat windows etc. Sometimes it crashed and sometimes I didn't. Next time I"ll have to run the log server and submit a bug report I guess. But it's odd how it is crashing/not crashing now.

Any special reason why you guys are trying to play EVE Online with integrated graphics?

Any special reason why we shouldn't? It's a *driver conflict*, not a problem with rendering the actual graphics. And it's clearly not a guaranteed problem, as it didn't exist a year ago when I was playing, and for that matter it didn't exist between Crucible 1.0 and patch 1.02.

Hey all, so I took a break since EVE seemed not to work and they weren't fixing the bug issue. However, I had seen that they had released like 9 patches in that time so I fired up a trial account and tested and tested and tested and I was happy to see they didn't have the issue (at least for me anymore). Anyway, can anyone state if they are still having the Intel graphics dark issue? I VERY HESITANTLY resubbed for Eve online, and I ask the devs to please thoroughly test upcoming patches!!!! I just payed my resub and would really hate if it broke again! That said, I'm happy to see it is fixed, (at least for me, and I haven't seen any recent complaints on this forum thread).

I tried the workaround with the old driver, and haven't had any issues since (except that I have to use minimum graphics settings). I'm hesitant about trying to update to the current driver to see if the issue persists, but if you are not having issues I might try latter today.

Welp I did run into the issue, but its random, sporadadic and not every time, so yeah :-( anyway, I'm prolly done with Eve again, just cause it's like meh at this point. We'll see though.

Try spamming Alt+Enter as your client loads up after log in - seemed to somehow fix it for me.

Found this solution in another post.

Or, play it in windowed mode and just minimize it while you're un-docking/jumping.

I'll keep your stuff safe for you, for when you return. Just contract it to cap Mal.

Dell Latitude with Intel HD 300 graphics here, Windows XP SP3 32-bit. Haven't played on this machine until this week so can't say how old the issue is.

My overview randomly lags for ~10 seconds to more than a minute after jumps between systems (including through wormholes). Warping/moving to celestials through the right-click menu is impossible as well duting this period. Could this be related to the original bug?

I'm not sure whats going on, but sometimes the bug is gone, I can undock and change systems fine. Then half the time I have the bug randomly appear, and eventually crash my game.

Working with a Vaio Desktop pc, and having same crash, i've noticed if i'm in window mode if i minimize before jumping or undocking no error occurs, :) tedious but it helps

The recent patches have screwed something up. My laptop has dual video chips(Intel/AMD) for low/high power switching on demand without rebooting. However it appears EVE somehow is managing to activate and use the Intel chip in place of AMD for rendering even though it is not the default/active display driver. This only started happening since the Intel integrated fixes were put in place.

Anything new on this bug?

Still having random crashes when exiting jumpgates. Can rarely make half a dozen jumps without EVE crashing.Sad
