Cheap fit, shoot webbing frigs first, swap in 4th BCS if you feel it has enough tank.
Use mission specific hardeners if you are worried, personally i flew it like this in all missions no problem.

Very well if you use Precision Missiles.

TBH I hardly use them because even the high damage seem to kill them quick especially when you factor in the ammo changing time.

Was your fit meant to have a T2 rig and a pair of T1's to be stable or was it a typo. Also is that with maxed cap skills?

I can modify it slightly to make it barely cap stable (36%), with an extra rigor. I might end up using this. Looks like one good tank.

I gave a cheap Tengu PVE setup.

Sure it is stupidly overtanked, sure to make it cap stable I have sacrificed DPS but it does what was asked to by the author of this thread.

It will never be suicide ganked unless it's done for ***** and giggles, It easily does level 4 missions so come up with a fit as cheap that does all of the above without mods that are on contracts for 50 mil a pop!

Can CCP please make tech 3 ship have more prequisites on the skills to get into them?
It sounds so terrible wrong to buy isk from ebay and a 1950 character for 30 USD and go pew pew in a ship that you should not sit in before you know how to fly ships in that size at all.
