Hello fellow denizens of the EvE galaxy,

My name is Kaatakan Oiritsiu, alias Mr. Confliktus, an alias that came with years of service in the Navy as a liaison between the estimeed state and the multitude of factions that opose it.

I came into service records lets say about 3, to 4 years ago and for reasons that i am not prepared to disclosed, about 10 months ago me and a very close friend embarqued on a journey trough the stars.

Ours was a journey of contemplation and atounment for the years of wars, and petty politics that we allowed ourselves to become involved in.

Together we have laid our weapons to rest, our crews were granted leave from their duties and we just apreciated the value of a peacefull and industrious life.

Now we return to find a changed galaxy and thus i come to the point of this transmission, who can please direct me to informations regarding the current state of the various factions / empires and to the capsuleer comunity?

What has changed?

Thank you all for your attention.

Confliktus out.

I think you'll soon find that very little has changed. The main factions are almost statuesque in their inability to end the Empyrean war one way or the other.

I'd swear we'd all been put on 'mute' considering its been what, years since we've heard anything from heads of government, etc?

Nation has resurged and continues to annoy the more populated systems.

Capsuleers continue their work as well, much as they always have.

Sabik now, Sabik forever

the ston guys are a pro republic group who are rescuing abbandond slaves from jet cans and some people in PIE thinks they are terrorists.

the gallente have actualy done something in regards to capturing territory but have gotten bord of placid/blackrise and have gone to the amarr-minmatar warzone to get there kicks.

nation...... is just being nation so nothing new there

all in all blood and money is flowing throughout new eden.

My thanks Mr. Shadow,

PIE thinks many things it seems, too bad for them that more than the half of it turns out to be assumptions and incorrect ones at that...

Still interesting development by the Gallente... whos the Federate Representative now? still the Roden Shipyards guy?

Things are... well, rather pointless on the Amarr-Minmatar front. We've been swinging control of major chunks of each others' territory back and forth every few weeks. At curret, both militias control a couple systems in their enemies' core areas.

Some idiot at CONCORD thought it would be a good idea to let alliances into the fray - because when there's a stalemate, it's always good to increase the bloodletting, right?

In the wider scale of things...

Interbus decided to take up the contract from CONCORD for those orbital customs offices; various capsuleers promptly obliterated most of the low- and null-sec offices and installed their own (CONCORD deciding to sell us the blueprints at the same time probably didn't help...)

Bit of a spat came up between those who liked to prolong the specific incursions by Sansha's Nation in order to reap the maximum destruction from each, and those who favered removing them as soon as posible.

Oh, and some guy tried to sell us vastly overpriced clothes. We were not amused.

It is true all of these things occurred. The custom's offices are my new favorite toys to manipulate for isk. Silly Interbus, even Concord is going to find a way to scam you in New Eden. Especially when you foolishly erect your custom's offices in Wormhole Space or 0.0, where no one will help you with your exorbitant tax rates. For instance, the goons will shoot them down just for boredom.

Honestly, I was shielded from much of the drama, and am glad. Wormhole corporations are the rage in New Eden, approaching in popularity to Amarrians and Minmatar cross training to each other's ships. I am currently part of one. If you want a different ground, somewhat neutral territory where everyone set neutral on your overview is supposed to die in a fire--and you don't want to worry about mega blobs of enemy counterforces--I would suggest you took to exploring wormholes. Wormholes are low drama, controlled engagements, and a rich isk-making playground.

In my opinion, we should abandon this sad conflict of the four great empires and all strike boldly into the depths of space, building new empires of our own amongst the stars, perhaps one day rivaling the mystery, power, and enigma or the Jovians or the Sleepers--who, to be supposedly "extinct," manage to constantly leave ever increasing pieces of themselves behind.

There is a mystery, out here. A riddle written in starlight and obscurred by our ignorance. I believe the those who eventually answer it will be the new rulers of the four empires, and will ultimately sweep aside this bored squabbling of ignorant, spoiled children, fat upon the hard labors and toils of a thousand dead generations, stagnant in their own filth and reveling in their own, grand insignificance.

Wars, conflict, territory? These are but hiccups in our grand evolution--at least for those chosen and destined for apotheosis.
