Hello
i have a question about how contracts work

as you can see in the screenshot linked some contract are expired and for the 4 that have expired i won the auction, but i'm near unable to know if i claimed them or not as i have too much stuff that i continually move betwenn places and chars.

As this account is active 1 month out of three in general what i understand (which seems wrong) is that if you win a contract auction, if you dont get items in some amount of time after the contract is over , the contract is cancelled > the owner get back his stuff and i get back my money ? how does it work ? did i lost the 4 last auction at the end or worst both money and items ?

contract

When you win a contract you have to "deliver" it. Go into contracts and you will see a message that X contracts required your attention. Open them and hit deliver.

Thanks Buruk for reply

But i can't claim them anymore because when i won them my account was not active then i was wondering if you dont claim the contract (the button 'claim items') within a certain amount of time then the contract was resetted or something

It should still be there if the message has disappeared. You need to open your contract history and pull them up manually, you should be able to claim them then. Otherwise petition it as you are entitled to the contract items and the logs should show* the item was never claimed.

*Logs show nothing will be your first response, escalate it up after the default denial answer.
