I have put a reserve of 1.2 bill on this to cover all the expenses. Any lower than that and it is not worth it to me.

That appraiser rarely has the selling prices of characters right and is just a guideline.

Regardless of what it says it is worth I won't sell the character for a loss. 750 mill would not even cover the cost of me transferring the character so as I said before my reserve is 1.2 billion.
If I get no offers over that amount I will just let the character slip off into oblivion.
