Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I'm experiencing an on lag issue. A single character of mine (i am tri boxing) is experiencing a great deal of lag both undocking and jumping from system to system through stargates. The time it takes is almost identical each time, and by the time the game catches up, i am just dropping out of warp on the other side of a stargate 1,000,000km from the stargate. I can watch on my other characters, and from their perspective, he goes through the stargate fine, and then warps out on the other side, as if disconnected.

I have run a single client at a time, and the issue persists. All other aspects of the game are either lag free or close enough. The game has been reinstalled, and I have loaded it up on a different computer with the exact same result, with just this one character. Any thoughts?
