2002 EnB had walking in station and trading and interaction between people in stations.

2011 EvE Online gives us a character that walks with a stick up his bum and no interaction whatsoever with anything but what was already there.

well the nex shop but that part can go and **** *** .

There might be point to this but what you actually do there. Lol

I mean even on fast computer with everything going smoothly it is just not functional. Stuff that I do in the station is not enriched by it at all for now.

That can of course change later ...

I haven't had any performance degradation since Incarna and I turned on station services/windows in the right-hand dialog so that everything works in the same way as the pre-Incarna environment.

Incarna has done nothing to my ability to do things in station that I need to do. I really don't see why people complain so much about it (other than they can't find it in their wallets to purchase a $300 computer that performs at a level that's decent for todays average computer and that they so deeply miss AFK-ship-spinning in stations instead of actually playing the game....)

Just curious how many people still have it on or have disabled it.

There's nothing I can do with CQ that I can't do faster & easier without CQ, so it's off.

CQ keeps me somewhat entertained while doing industry stuff, so it's on. Will be even better once I can sit in a space pub with corpies and do the same.

I don't miss being one of 50 players fighting to be the closest to the manufacturing terminal so they could actually click on it.
Or finding that shadey contact in the shadows of the back coridor, only to discover that there are 20-30 other players already talking to him.
Or running around to the various NPC vendors while I try to remember which one had the supplies I need to get back into the fight.

It was a good game, but I don't miss all the running around.

There's an emulator out there for it now. I've thought of giving it a whirl again, but I've always been disappointed when I've gone back to an mmo I used to play.
