Green guide lines missing between probes when scanning

I do a lot of scanning of anomalies but today was the first time since the last update this week that I did scanning, and last week there used to be bright green guide lines between the probes in space to help you align them with the target, these are completely gone today, and I have for other reasons already reset the cache since the most recent update.

Mac OS X 10.7.2
2 x 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory 6 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 MB


EDIT: I updated to 10.7.3 and the green lines are back on the job.
