PLEX Question

I searched the forum and didn't find the answer, so here is my question / issue ...

After buying PLEX, how long does it take before you can redeem them in game? On the website it shows that I have 2 in the redeeming system, but in game nothing shows up to redeem. I've logged out three times already to see if it would show up after that, but nothing. Is there a time lag between the purchase and the availability?

If your account is less than 90 days old I think there is a 1 or 2 hour waiting period

I had heard that, but it's not documented anywhere I could find, and the reason I questioned it was because the website said they were in the redeeming system already.

Anyways, they *just* showed up so it took about an hour.

The bottom of the Plex Store page says this:

Please note: if you are logged in to the EVE game client when your PLEX becomes available, you will need to log out and back in again to access the redeeming system and move your PLEX into your hangar. For paying accounts more than 90 days old, purchased PLEX are available immediately. Any accounts less than 90 days old are subject to a one-hour cooldown on purchased PLEX appearing in the redeeming system.

Seem to remember last time I bought plex I had to wait till after downtime... glad to see that's changed :)

Don't forget to put your plexes in your cargo next time you autopilot to jita !

A PLEX can be redeemed 1 hour after buying it. This is true for all cases, no matter your account age.

Actually now as long as it's not a new account you can redeem without any wait, just log out then back in and hit the redeem button.

You can also choose to redeem from the Noble Exchange tab.
