Question about Corp Stasis

Simple, but I couldn't really find a clear answer.

I am currently in corp stasis, and I understand that I'll be unable to leave or join a new corp until that expires. My question is, if I send an in game app to another corp while in corp stasis, does the corp I sent the app to actually get the app, or will I have to send it again after leaving my current corp in a few hours? I ask because I received no error message telling I did something wrong, and I don't want to look like an idiot sending an app twice.

They get an error message when they try to accept your app and it stays there until they accept or reject it.

Also, you don't have to leave your current corp - will just make your corp history unnececarily longer. You simply transfered to next corp when they accept your application (and, as was written brfore, they wil have to wait 'till you out of 24h wait period to do that).

You can sent in an application to any corp while you are still in stasis period with your old corp.

They will see the application etc like normal but can't accept you till the stasis period is over.
