Skill queue resetting

I wrote a petition ingame but didnt got any reply so thought to post here .

So basically i once entered my alt , and when i entered the game i got the pop up message : skill training complete . No skill in queue O_o
I was like wtf ,,,, maybe i forgot or put the wrong skills :| crap happens 1 day worth but :(
So since then i always double even triple check my queue , but i keep getting that issue again and again and again with my alt and MY main . So this is extremly annoying , becouse unlike isk or xp in other games sp are a different resource , so those SP i lost (6 days or so) ARE lost forever , SP i used to train those skills shouldve went for smthing else instead and so on . I actually LOST forever 6 days worth of SP , i dont need gameplay time cos that wont give my lost SP . This as i said is rather unforgiving , 6 days worth of SP . I wrote a pettition yesterday and today when i logged had SAME thing happen again with both of my chars .
So wtf is that???

I've been having this happen to me too. It usually happens after adding skills to the que using the queue window and hitting apply. I know that I had more than 24 hours of skills and that I hit apply multiple times. But yet when I come back after 12 hours or so, a few skills have trained but the queue is empty.
