Shouldn't you be busy trying to ruin the game?

I heard Riverini needs your expertise.

Uhm, its their goal to ruin *your* game.
Slight difference there.

Topic says all. Any response from CCP regarding the subject sounds like as if we (the customers) are some sort of terrorist organisation holding someone ransom and making demands.

The CSM is making demands and threatens devastating media pressure if those demands are not met.

You expect CCP to be happy about that?

Well I didnt support the CSM to be created, Im still opposed to the idea and believe that the CSM only confuses CCP in what the players really want. Especially if the CSM delegates are selected by their own alliance to cater for their own goals.

CCP aint stupid, they know what the CSM consists of and who they represent.

EDIT:

IMO they should run polls like everyone else. Only a minority reads forums and is truly aware whats going on.

Because you could simply drag ships into the hangar, or double click the background to open your cargo, or right click your ship etc etc. CQ took it all away.

Why oh why can't players say it like they mean it...

I have yet to see one poster claim that they want ship spinning back because they want ship spinning back. It is always followed up with; what I really want is the funcionality of it.

I wish CCP had taken your sentence litteraly and said. Ok here it is, Your ship is spinning again.

And to Ladie Scarlet.

But its the truth is it not?

The ships hung in the sky in much the same way that bricks don't.

Yeez another thread where a bunch of old people/nerds are whining about ship spinning. Get a life or go to the damn fitting screen if you want to spin.

In fact, from my point of view, they are terrorizing us, as it sounds more like: "BUY OUR NEX" or u'll never see your hangar again!!

Any vehicular simulation/game has some sort of workshop/hangar, Im not only talking about flight/space sims, take a look at need for speed f.ex, you have a workshop where you see your car with oil stains on the floor, toolbox in the background etc, it all adds to the immersion.

When is "FoxNews" going to be officially added to the Oxford English Dictionary as a word? It's sooooo much easier to say "Foxnews much?" than to type out "sensationalized, overblown, heavily biased towards stupid, baseless, incomplete, half-true to mostly false, mindless, tabloid statements much?"

You fail at junkfood consumption. The salt on the fries will mutes the oniony goodness of the rings .. much better to get a sweet'n'sour salsa sauce type of thing for the rings.

Geez...
One mans terrorist, is another mans freedom fighter, the word is used exactly in that context. And in good humor which you know as well. We dont need the over hyterical american victimisation in here k?

Don't you know??? The word "hysterical" is offensive to the dignity of women. Note it and "hysterectomy" have the same root. It's a form of emotional control loss attributed to the fragility of the "weaker" sex! Shame upon you! Shame! (Note: I overlooked your quoting Ronald Regan about freedom fighters...referring to his Nicaraguan buddies.)

Ship spinning is akin to nail biting. I proscribe them both.

CCP : Here you go guys. This is your new Captains Quarter. It introduces you to WiS and lays the formwork for us to build our immersive out of pod experience that you have all been crying for for years. Everything you could accomplish in the old hangar can be achieved in the new hangar just as quickly through a combination of keyboard shortcuts, menus and holograms. Your ship even spins by itself now.

Players : Wahhhhhh. I can't spin my ship! I can't double click the background to open cargo! I can't tell which ship I have active without taking 1 second to turn 180 degrees. We want old hangar back now!

CCP : %$#$@! Ok fine, we'll work out a way to incorporate ship spinning from the now obsolete architecture of the ship hangar into the new CQ.

Players : Wahhhh! Why's it taking so long! Why aren't the dev's fixing FW!

This is a horrible post. Don't do this again.

I'm feeling disgusted. You're the third goon-poster I 'liked' today.

I ordered french fries and ur practically delivering me onion rings, and not like the burger king strategy of mixing one in the fries as an appetizer, no, CCP, you replaced the whole box with onions, and are now claiming that you never intended to sell french fries in the first place, "I am simply not the right customer for your onion rings".

This thread has already been linked above, but please let me refer you to these two posts by CCP t0rfifrans that outline the situation with ship spinning / old hangar view.

P.S. Fries or onion rings? I'd take both.

maybe in 3 years standard gfx cards can run cq.

Poutine >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> fries, onion rings, "frings," or all three put together!

So when's our poutine coming, then? You know, what we bloody ******* well pay you for.

IE, when will Incarna actually be useable in a true multi-player mode/context, without barbequing people's GPUs and not needing a CAD 10,000.00 gamer's rig just to hit 25-30 F/P/S?

Hate to break it to ya, Spitzie old boy, but what exists now shouldn't have even made it into public testing on SiSi, let alone gone live.

Or as we say in Canada (sarcastically, I know some people have trouble with the subtlety there)..."Beauty, eh!"

2) Spin your ship to your heart's content.
