Allow drag from corp hanger to trade window

When trading with a player and wanting to give them something from a corp hanger, an unnecessary step is that you have to drag it to 'items' first. If you don't you get a message saying it's not yours to take - but I have access to the hanger and can pull the item out to items and THEN put in trade window. Seems clumsy. The permissions are known and can be evaluated whereever you're dragging the item(s) to.
