Very specialized character!

This char can fly exhumers with t2 everything, exhumers level 5 as well. Can fly gallente freighter/transport ships, and scan with a covert ops ship. Needs a couple skillbooks for freighter/cov ops, but the long part is done.

Also it has MAXED PI skills, great passive income. Finally if you notice it's engineering, it's maxed in a lot of area's, giving you a perfect platform to expand into shield combat skills, or continue along the path of industry.

Taking offers....minimum bid is 4bil. Buyout is currently set at 6bil, but make any offers in between that and I'll consider them as potential buyouts.
