CSM candidates, if you want to be seriously considered, you need to communicate with your candidacy posts very efficiently. Here is what I look for in a candidate post:

First, in bullet points or a few short paragraphs, what you think is the most important issues in EVE that you want to see fixed and developed, and an outline of how that should happen.

Then, a link to a web page or downloadable document or longer forum posts with lots of detail about the ideas you will be championing.

Then, if you must, you can go on about how terrible and unrepresentative the past and current CSM candidates are and how you represent the masses of ordinary pilots who need their voice heard.

I try to make a serious attempt to evaluate as many candidates as I can. If can't at least outline what you stand for in half a page, I'm not going to read the other half.
