I'll start you off at 5 Bil...

Its definitely focused and fits a niche, but its lacking a lot.

No T2 Drones Light, Med, Hev, or Sentry
No Cap Remote Shield or Armor Rep
Weak Armor Comps
Weak Cap Armor Rep

I like the focus and direction, but the toon cant effectively fly anything else. And its effectiveness at flying a Thanny is weak at best and has a good bit of training to go.
I like it, Ill buy it, but your prices are a bit high IMO.
