an idea that i've come up with as a result of some discussion on reddit is that ecm could use a change: what about a stacking penalty on ecm modules? if 50 ecm drones weren't any more powerful than 10, there would be a lot less incentive for people to throw all of their ecm drones on the same target to permajam it. at the same time, if there were a stacking penalty on ecm modules, lots of dedicated ecm ships would be less powerful, so there's some breathing room to increase the strength bonuses on dedicated boats. my reasoning, people go out on roams, 20% of their fleet is logistics. nobody brings falcons anymore because it's more beneficial to bring some other class of ship. huginns, lachesis' and curses all have a place in pvp, but falcons/rooks aren't powerful enough to be useful, and that should change.
