Torso in CQ refuses to load

been using CQ without problem for like 2 months now, never ahd a problem.

logged in today and my character has no shirt, the arms are there, the stomach is there, but the upper torso where the shirt should be rendered (and should be covering the arms AND stomach) there is nothing, invisible, not there. went to recustomization and it says i ahve no shirt chosen adn refuses to let me choose one, hit cacel on the recustomization screen.

tried leaving CQ and going back in, logging off then back on, still missing.

NVM, restarted computer and my shirt is back now.
