Help with escalation of plexes

I did a HS Sansha Plex last night. When I blew up the control bunker, it escalated.

I opened my journal, and got the coordinates, made the 2 or 3 jumps and went in and cleared out the rooms. At the end of the escalation, a message popped up saying there was more and that I had just found more coordinates of another plex nearby.

I opened my journal and NOTHING was there. I right-clicked in space, nothing in the waypoints...

According to evelopedia, this escalation 'could' abruptly end during any of the first 3 parts. I assumed though, if I got a message saying I had just found part 2, this did not mean the escalation had ended.

Any ideas?

Some escalations have very similar "escalated/didn't escalate" messages, maybe different by just one sentence on the end. You could try writing a GM ticket just in case; its not unimaginable for it to really bug.

Probably misread the message, easy to do. Also wanted to add this.

After receiving a pop up message, you can always recheck it by opening up 'LOG' and click on the message to review it again. This can only be done while in same system. Logging, Docking or jumping to another system will reset the log and you won't be able to verify just exactly what was listed in the pop up message.

Usually the destruction of the Commander NPC is the trigger for the next escalation. If you're in a fleet with others and one of the members kills the Commander NPC, everyone else in fleet will get a message informing them that specific player has the next location.

This. I hear complaints of "I GOT A MESSAGE BUT THERES NO BOOKMARK" and when I ask them what the message said, they don't remember exactly or they simply didn't read it.

It sounds like you misread it.

It was the same message that is shown on evelopedia as the message between parts 1 and 2. wasnt aware there could be more than one message. there are 2 messages listed for later parts though.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, and never before in two years.

CCP told me this is 'normal' and to take a hike, basically.

Good Luck getting anywhere with this...............

They'll start asking you to fix their button.

Ive had this happen before, just means its over and done with. Its not an escalation message at all.

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.
