Scripts in Salvagers / Tractors

The t2 tractor beams on my Noctis are nice, they reach up to like err 90-something km, the t2 mods also give a speed boost to the wreck. This insane range doesn't mean a bloody thing to me if the furthest wreck is 50km away, though the speed is nice. My idea is this:

Introduce a script to load into tractors that will give the wreck they affect a small gravity field that will pull nearby (5km) wrecks along with it. This gives the possibility to pull multiple wrecks at once, thus shortening the already mundane task of cleaning up after you've killed everything.

Stats: AoE Script (Tractor)
-25% optimal Range of Small Tractor Beams
+5km area effect surrounding the target wreck (possible Noctis bonus to make this larger as ORE Industrial skill increases)

Another idea is that Salvager I's and II's should also get an AoE script, that will give them the ability to salvage more than one wreck per module at once, at the expensive of Access Difficulty rate.

Stats: AoE Script (Salvager)
-15% Access Difficulty bonus on Salvagers
+4km salvaging area of effect around the wreck

Effects:
Noctis might go up in price a tad
Salvage will go down in value
Rigs will become *cheaper* (Yeah ok, this is as belivable as the trickle-down economic policy)


Personal input:
I live in dronelands, thus I salvage like crazy. I would like to see Hordes not take 15 minutes to salvage.

As much as this would be awesome, it also seems pretty OP in my opinion. Salvaging is pretty good ISK as it is; making it twice or three times as fast is too much.

EDIT: Now, if you were to balance this out by making everyone have the ability to tractor ANY wreck, regardless of "ownership", then that might be a start.
