Item disappeared when transferring from ship cargo to station hanger

So I had a few ships in station that had stuff in the cargo bays. I right click the ship, open cargo hanger then drag-drop to the items hanger in station. One ship had 2 overseers effects, an 8th and a 22nd tier. After the drag and drop to station hanger only the 8th tier effects remained, the 22nd tier totally did not make it. It is now -gone-.

This was a straight up drag n drop from ship cargo to hanger. Am now very concerned at moving any items, I only noticed this because well I only had the 2 overseers and I was about to go cash them in.

Check your ship cargo -- on occasion, I've accidentally dropped cargo into the hold of another ship instead of the Item hangar. If that doesn't work, you may be able to petition for a reimbursement (if CCP deternines that it was a server error).

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

Had a similar disappearance here. Did you get any resolution on this?
