Skills or lack of

So yeah this guy was used for cyno's and planetary, if that's what you need he's perfect. Must make the transfer worthwhile or he's heading for the big cooker in the sky.

I would think a few months of careful training and even a reseller could make some isk back, Either way 2bils and he's yours.
Character has positive sec, positive wallet, in hi sec, remap in may. all CCP rules apply.

Oh yes and the 24 hour corp timer has been started.
