there are still ships immune to probes

Although the developers have announced several months ago that no ships in EVE will be able to become immune to Combat Probes, it has not happened, and it's easy as ever to fit those T3 cruisers to just hang there in space and annoy everyone trying to find them. You might argue that its (theoretically) possible to max the success of probing with implants , BUT those same implants are ridiculously expensive/difficult to acquire, especially when compared to the price of 3x ECCMs fitted on a ship.
I think that at least LP/Isk price of the Virtue implants should be lowered significantly (easier way) or the probing mechanics should be tweaked a bit.
Would you please think of it? The amount of isk invested into any probing ship is just too high to even attempt it in 0.0 mostly since there is a high probability of loss of a capsule worth 600+ millions

the full probing implants set costs above 2.1 bn really, on the market and you'd still have to fly a ship that wouldn't benefit from any of the combat related rigs either since their slots too would be needed for probing

lol OP is steath whining about butthurt and wants CCP to counter butthurt some dude that meta-gamed better then him

Pro-tip: Ships are no longer completly immune to being probed out, as in: you couldn't probe them at all no matter what you had skill/implant/ship/module wise. Try harder.

Can always meta-game and fly with expensive implants...if not and its prohibitive of the cost (Hint: Dude flys T3 and AFK in safe spot...according to BC you fly Minmatar mostly with T2/Pirate faction and throwing out "prohibitive cost" is worth a laughable since your ships are about equal to a T3...so out bid him and use pirate implants/train longer). Heck, it is still possible to land on grid without using probes at all, takes alot of time and skill but it is possible. Oh, and try more probes since apparently 8 works better the 4 now.

The fact that you're poor and cannot afford the implants, is irrelevant. You failing at utilising the tools provided, whether it annoys you or not, is also irrelevant.

Ships are now probable, but you have to work at it. Oh the horror!

Destination SkillQueue:- It's like assuming the Lions will ignore you in the Savannah, if you're small, fat and look helpless.

I hope OP isn't representative of G0dfathers. I was looking forward to doing something other than station humping and gate camping.

Well, Aqriue, I am just wondering if you are saying that out of experience or are you just repeating what we all read from CCP's announcement about "no more unprobable ships". In a test enviroment with all level 5 skills on a prober working on a T3 signal my results were averaging 70%, and that was without any skirmish bonuses on the target ship or , god forbid, ECCM strength implants on the target. Probing implants didnt help much as any bonuses on the target outweigh the bonuses on the prober.

What part of the patch did you not get? Now it's hard-coded not to let you be unprobable. Yes, it does require a maxed char to probe the person out still (though it should be easier with the boost to Sisters launchers), but it's not impossible (hint: after the person has their ratio capped, no amount of extra ECCM or implants does anything for them).

"I couldn't do it" doesn't imply "It's impossible".
