Why isn't there the Jack of all Trades Profession?

Jack of all trades:
"I am a Jack of all trades, but a master of none."

"When new updates come out I figure out a way to make isk by using my Jack of all trades skills."

I had to do that since they had Loyalist in there TWICE.
