Don't bother. Go and spin ships or something instead- seriously. Anyone thinking of doing this mission, please don't waste your time. Came up to Empire to do this as well.....

Was gonna write a longish post about how OP lacks content and is not constructive at all and what the problem might have been and how could I help but in the end I decided OP really wasn't worth it and to leave it just at "You are an idiot."

If you didn't get a faction standing increase, petition it. You should have.

Implant is more like 75mil. The Sansha implant option is worth about twice that.

As other's have stated, send in a petition informing about the missing Faction standing increase. Petition should be answered within a few days with a large Faction standing increase. Sell the implant and collect isk. In 3 months do the arc again.

IMO the Amarr lvl4 epic arc is fine overall ... except for the fact of every epic arc sometimes failing to provide you with the appropriate faction standings boost at the end. That standings problem has been around for quite a while now, and has been mentioned in forums many times. It warrants checking every time you complete an arc, and then petitioning as appropriate.
In my experience this failure occurs about half the time, and CCP is very quick in remedying once you petition.

As for the 'prizes', the Amarr arc has a branch point about 2/3 of the way thru, at the 'Fate of a madman' mission. You are given the choice between an easy route (hisec = navy 'noble' implant and Amarr standings) or a slightly tougher route (lowsec = Sansha 'gnome' implant and Sansha standings). Obviously the OP chose the easy route.

All the lvl4 and lvl3 epic arcs provide valuable goodies and standings boosts at the end, and the isk value of the particular goodies varies - from around 50M upwards. Each of the lvl4 epic arcs provides you with a choice of completion routes, each with different terminal rewards.

  • Amarr: 1 x Imperial Navy Modified 'Noble' Implant + Amarr standings; OR 1 x Sansha Modified 'Gnome' Implant + Sansha standings.
  • Caldari: 1 x Hyasyoda Mobile Laboratory + Caldari standings; OR 20 x Nugoeihuvi Synth Blue Pill Booster + Caldari standings.
  • Gallente: 1 x Black Eagle Drone Link Augmentor + Gallente standings; OR 1 x Syndicate Cloaking Device + Intaki standings.
  • Minmatar: 10 x RSS Core Scanner Probes + Minmatar standings; OR ISK + more Minmatar standings.
  • Angels: 1 x Cynabal BPC + Angel standings.
  • Guristas: 1 x Gila BPC + Guristas standings.
