Hello fellow MD readers,

I've decided to split up my GIRT and GISK thread. The thread was getting far too cluttered, and I've started running out of space due to the forum limitations. If you are looking for the resource thread it can be found here: GIRT


GISK - Private Bank

GISK is a very simple private bank that I've been running for a while now. Growth is capped by controlling capital intake and the number of investors I accept. I do not want a lot of investors and I want to limit how much isk I have to manage, this is to keep my work load down. I may grow or shrink the overall size of the operation based on my available play time that I am willing to dedicate to this business.

Deposits
Have your isk held by me and earning interest, until there is an available offering
  • While in my possession your deposit gets priority for future investments
  • While in my possession and not in an active offering, your deposit will accumulate 0.25 percent monthly
  • Once deposits are invested they will earn the negotiated interest of that particular contract minus my administration fee
  • Interest will be paid within the first week of each month
  • Late deposits will still receive half the months interest (A week after the start of the month)
  • Deposits withdrawals require a 1 month notice
  • Minimum deposit amount is 10b
I'm placing a soft cap of 500b as the maximum that will be held by me using this method


Loans, Funding and Credit Lines
Get isk for your self or your Corporation/Alliance through the loan service. Lots of options available and I'm more than willing to work with you on making any situation work.
  • Minimum loan amount is 10b isk, and there is no maximum
  • Minimum loan duration is 3 months(negotiable), there is no maximum.
  • Interest rates are variable and are negotiated on a case by case basis
  • Some sort of collateral is mandatory
  • I am open to unique situations, so don't be shy and just ask me
  • A loan default constitutes interest payments are not made in full for two consecutive months, including making up previous shortfalls
  • In the event of a default, the collateral will be liquidated to re-pay investors and make up for missed interest payments if possible. Any left over isk will be taken as my fee


Trust Funds
If you are quitting EVE or simply taking an extended break, you can provide for a person or group with financial backing. By setting up a trust fund, you can have your wealth earn interest that will be paid monthly to the person or group of your choosing.

  • Minimum Trust size is 20b
  • All terms are negotiable
  • Contact me by Eve-mail to discuss options

Notes
  • Minimum investment reservations are 10b and in increments of 5b
  • To make a deposit , post here or EVE-mail me with character name and reservation/deposit amount
  • To deposit anonymously, EVE-mail me your reservation amount and let me know you wish to remain anonymous
  • Previous public and private investors will likely get priority, as will larger investors over smaller investors. This is to make things easier for me. I may also change this at my discretion.
  • I am setting a hard cap of 1 Trillion isk, that I will handle. This includes deposits and active investments.
  • If I am at capacity and I can't provide you your loan, or if you simply don't like my terms. You can also check out BMBE to ask for a loan.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change at my discretion

Hello fellow MD readers,

I've decided to partially close this service. I will continue my current obligations, but I will not be actively taking on any new clients or deposits. I've been running this service privately for almost 10 years and publicly for 2 years. It has always been a side project I've run for my enjoyment and some added isk. Now that I no longer get the joy I once did from running this service, it's time to take this back to a private venture.

What does this mean?

Any active investments and loans will continue and finish as planned.
All long term negotiated deposits will continue as per each individual contract.
All trust funds will continue as per each individual contract.
No more deposits will be taken.

Once all current contracts are finished, the public side of the service will officially be close for the foreseeable future. I will still offer loans to existing and past clients and maybe even deposits in certain cases. It just means I won't take on any new clients. I might make a few exceptions for new clients so long as the loan amount is in excess of 150b.

So GISK is slowly winding down to a close. I want to thank everyone who joined me for the ride over the years, it's been fun.

Old news


This is a side business/project for me for fun and some profit, and I still have other activities in and out of eve that require my attention. So on that note, I am setting a soft cap of 1 Trillion isk that I will handle. This includes deposits and active investments.

The reason behind this change is that I don't want to grow beyond that point, as it would take up more time to manage than I would like. This will keep it at a level where I can still give investors and clients the appropriate level of service. During this time I may or may not increase the minimum investment and loan limits, to maintain a certain work load on my end.

I know it's not great news for some future clients and investors, but this will allow me to focus on the ones I currently have. Thanks.

Need to know how much ore to mine in order to yield a certain order of minerals? https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=67477 It will even calculate how long you can expect for it to take!

Good question, I generally set a minimum of 1b to make my life easier. So we'll set this as the minimum for reservations as well.
