Mysterious mail from Agent

I've got this mail on my main last month:

What the hell happened??
From: Homisa Ussa
Sent: 2012.01.19 18:28

She realized I didn't have her present yet, and she wouldn't believe me when I told her it was on the way! She said she should've known I'd forget again, and she's never gonna speak to me again!
This is gonna be a ****** week. Thanks a bunch, jerk.

After that I talked to that Agent all she had was a level 1 distibution mission.

What does that mean?

Edit: lol. Just realized that the Forum filters shi tty but ingame agents sends you mails and talk like that.

Agents send you mail like that if their offer for a mission expires, so all that happened is that you didn't accept the agent's mission and after a few days you get mails like that from them telling they "hate" you

Unless ofcourse it's something completely different, I've only been playing for a week so don't believe anything I say

Your agents rant if you let a mission offer expire after you 'Delay' the mission...generating just such an evemail to you. Though, I've yet to receive one that curses me!
Why would you 'delay' versus 'decline' because you just 'declined' the previous mission offer and don't want to lose standing by 'decline' another one within 4 hours. I usually have 5 or 6 of these stacked in my journal mission log and usually don't go back later to 'decline' unless I want to run a mission with that specific agent/corporation or every other agent is offering a mission against a Faction i don't want to lose standing with.
